Shipping Policy

We currently offer two types of orders: embroidered and blank items.

Blank Orders:
These ship within our standard processing time of 3–4 business days.

Embroidered Orders:
Please allow up to 2 weeks for embroidery, plus 3–4 business days for processing before shipping.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-order ETAs will be listed in the product description. While we do our best to meet those timelines, please note that shipping delays from suppliers are outside of our control.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

If you’d like your in-stock items to ship with standard processing, please place two separate orders.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
